VI. I interviewed two individuals to see what their response would be to my (our) plan. Their responses are as follows.
Shane Sterk- "Bringing home Noah (newly adopted child) was the greatest thing in my life and I would hate to have him taken away for whatever reason. I think this is a good idea, but the bill needs a little more development."
Travis Else- "I've never heard of these cases before but that sounds awful. We took Isaiah home almost a year ago and he's already a part of our family. If this bill can keep biological parents from changing their minds, you have my vote."

My concerns are that the fine will not be effective. I am excited to talk with my group to combine our ideas and hopefully make the most effective bill possible.
